Athenee is a new upscale Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, bringing together the vibrant flavors of Greece and Italy with refined hospitality, elegant interiors, and a sophisticated dining experience.

Position Overview
Athenee is seeking experienced, polished, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team. Ideal candidates are confident, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver attentive, professional, and personalized table service.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and signature cocktails.
Guide guests through the menu and provide thoughtful recommendations.
Maintain excellent service standards throughout the dining experience.
Work efficiently with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
Handle guest requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant dining environment.
Support private dining, corporate events, and special occasions.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale or fine-dining restaurant preferred.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with genuine passion for hospitality.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience with Toast POS is a plus.
