Construct and monitor borrowing base calculations, advance rates, and collateral eligibility for asset-based facilities. Assess litigation finance-specific risk factors, including case merit, jurisdiction, counsel experience, and anticipated recovery timelines Evaluate sponsor experience, loan-to-value/loan-to-cost metrics, and exit-strategy feasibility for fund finance or highly leveraged transactions. Prepare comprehensive credit presentations and risk assessments for review by the Credit Manager, Portfolio Director of Specialty Lending, senior management, and loan committee. Evaluate complex financial structures, including multi-entity borrowers, special purpose vehicles, and participation or syndication arrangements common to specialty lending. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior credit staff on specialty underwriting techniques. Monitor industry, legal, and regulatory developments affecting specialty lending sectors and incorporate findings into credit analysis; ensure compliance with bank policy, regulatory requirements, and applicable banking laws.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
